Behmlockiski
"I should've known it would be you!" Locki growled at the young male Bemy, and began to circle round him.
"Aww, c'mon Locki! I'm only playing with you!"
"Well I don't want to play, Miq! I'm busy!" She turned, and flounced off, not looking back at Miq behind her. He, and most other cubs, always wanted to play at the most inconvenient of times, when she wanted to do something, or she was practising to hunt. But nevermind him anyway, she had something else to do now anyway - get home to see Xal.
She trapsed inside and settled down to wait, shifting into her human form as she did so. She didn't have to wait very long. Shortly afterwards, Xal came inside, dirt still on him from his walk. She rushed up to him, wrapping her small arms around his furry neck, and headbutting him affectionatly.
"Hey Locki!" he said, shifting into his human form, and unwrapping her from around him, "Miq said you'd be in here. It's nice that you have a friend"
"He is NOT my friend. He is just an annoying little kid who follows me around."
"He's over a week older than you, Locki!"
"Well he doesn't act like it! Anyway, I don't want to talk about him. How was your walk?" Xal smiled, and ruffled her hair, "It was great. I'm just gonna go clean myself up, I'll be back out in a moment."

Locki pounced on the sand sprinter, knocking it to the ground squeling in fear. With one swift, sharp blow, she killed it, and began to drag the carcess back to the tribe by its feet. Sand sprinters were always fun to hunt; they paniked so much in the process, which was amusing to watch. It wasn't as if she needed to be out hunting, but when Locki had seen this one bird nearby, all on its own, she couldn't resist. Besides, she wasn't an official hunter yet anyway, she was just in training, but hey, maybe this would bring her some bonus points with the Alpha when it came to seeing if she had passed her training or not. She licked her claws, and began to head back home. She glanced at the landscape around her, and she saw three young cubs playing quite a way away from the tribe. She began to head in her direction, smiling and shaking her head; cubs always got carried away when playing with one another. She managed to swing the carcess onto her back, before grabbing the one with his back to her, and she began to take him back to the tribe, calling back to the other two, "You know you shouldn't stray too far out, you never know what could happen." Reluctantly, the other two followed, one of them muttering that she always spoiled their fun. She put the one she was carrying down, and waited for the others to catch up with her, "Shouldn't you all be getting back to your parents now anyway? It's getting late." The cubs all grumbled, and turned to their homes, the young female muttering to one of the males, "I hope she never becomes a Matren..." Locki chuckled to herself. She would probably be a lot more stricter than the current Matren. Luckily for the cubs, though, that wasn't what she wanted to do. Even if she couldn't make it as a hunter, she could always be a warrior. She enjoyed fighting and tackling animals, but defence would be good enough for her. Sure, hunters weren't as nessacary here as in other tribes, but anyone can dream, right? As long as she didn't become an Omega... She shuddered at the thought, and shook it from her head. That could never happen to her. She pulled the sand sprinter back to the floor, and carried on back home.
"Whatcha got there?" Locki turned her head sharply to see Miq, sitting on a rock, wearing his red tinted goggles. She hadn't noticed hom there before.
"It's a sand sprinter, if you must know," she replied, shifting into her humaniod form, "What are you doing out here?" Even if he was the Alpha Heir, he still seemed to annoy her. With a huge grin he replied, "Tanning," before adding at the end, "I'll walk back with ya."
Great.... Locki thought to herself, and, while grabbing one of the sand sprinters legs, began to walk off, calling back to him, "Fine," hoping that if she walked fast enough he wouldn't catch up. Unfortunately for Locki though, that never happened. Miq quickly caught up with her, "Have a good hunt?" Locki looked at him, an eyebrow slightly raised.
"Doesn't mean the hunt was good. What if it kept giving you trouble and it was not an easy kill?"
"I guess so..." Locki shurgged. She hated it when he was right. "What were you doing out this late tanning anyway? There can't of been much use to that..." Miq laughed before replying, "Plenty use despite how late it is. So, why were you out hunting such small things anyway? Just had a craving?"
"Actually, I'd just seen it off on its own, so I took advantadge of that!" Locki retorted, slightly offened that slightly offened that he'd called her catch small, even though she knew he was right. Either way, they had reached back to the tribe now, so she could easily find an escuse to get away from him now. Yawning, she blinked in the direction of her home, "It's getting late now anyways. I'm gonna go back home now, Miq," and she began to head off in that direction, him calling after her, ""Okay, see you tomorrow!" Locki rolled her eyes to herself. He may of been annoying, but Miq wasn't a bad guy. She pushed open her door, putting the carcas out of the way to the side. She'd add it to the rest of the food tomorrow. For now, she was going to go to bed.
