The fire crept closer and closer as Michi blinked hazily around themself, trying to regain an understanding of what exactly was happening around them. They had taken a heavy knock, and they were not exactly the best equipped to handle a lot of harm. Frankly, it was a miracle they were conscious at all after that. But at least the knock back had sent them a distance from any immediate threats.

Shakily, they forced themself back to their feet, just in time to see Xendri knock a bandit unconscious with a well aimed punch, and turn to hit another in the jaw. Thankfully, most of them seemed to have been taken down at this point.

But that didn't change that the position Michi currently found themself in, wasn't exactly the best one. They had been pushed back through the flames caused by an earlier spell, and were now, essentially, cornered by it. And there seemed very little that they could do to escape beyond leaping back through the way they had come, which seemed a tremendously bad idea.

Frantically, Michi looked around for anything that could either shield them from the flames, or provide them a sort of leverage to desperately haul themself up and over the flames, and they noticed that the stone of the walls seemed to have deep enough groves between them that they could probably get a relatively sturdy grip.

Michi, however, was not exactly the strongest individual. Climbing a wall was not exactly their concept of a good idea. But, with the choice of that or the fire, they figured that it was worth trying at the very least.

Desperately gripping at the wall, they managed to at least find some steady footing, but the necessary strength to pull themself higher was not there, and after a couple of attempts they fell helplessly to the ground once more.

"Shit, shit, shit, FUCK!" they cursed their luck loudly, hitting at the wall near where they fell, feebly and half-heartedly. They screwed up their face, and raised their head upwards in frustration with a groan, the heat growing more uncomfortable and distracting, and suddenly felt a drop of something land on their forehead. A confused frown, Michi opened their eyes, still facing upward, and turned slightly to see that a brief downpour had been summoned above the portion of fire nearest to them, and was slowly beginning to reduce its intensity. They beamed upwards in relief, and scrambled to their feet as quickly as possible, skipping through at the first opportune moment, breathing heavily and looking around once more at the remains of the fight.

Only two bandits left. Ok, that was manageable. They, as a group could do this. Michi closed their eyes briefly, took one deep breath to steady their nerves, and sprang as quickly as they could over to the bandit Xendri had knocked in the jaw, and lightly rested their hand upon his back. A soft, blue aura emminated from their fingers for a moment as they mumbled something to themself, before it seemed to suddenly glow a little brighter, and then be absorbed into the bandits body. With a cry, and a groan, the bandit crumpled to the floor, and they could now see Xendri across from them. They grinned broadly, and offered xem a thumbs up, and xey gave a short nod in response, before speeding over to the remaining bandit, fishing her off before she could do any further harm.

Michi let out a massive sigh of relief, and, at the same time, felt a wash of energy flow through their body, revitalising them, and making them feel more stable.

"Thank you, Touch," they called, looking around, and spotting him just out of their line of sight in the same direction the final bandit had been heading, "And thank you for the rain. I assume that was you? I didn't have much else of an idea of how to get out of that." He offered a brief nod, and a small smile, and Michi ran up to hug him, and pulled Xendri reluctantly in with them.

"We should probably head out of here soon, before more come to see what happened," Touch said with a small sigh. Xendri offered a small agreement, breaking from the hug, while Michi nodded vigorously, eager to get away from all of the trouble that had befallen them here.
